Dr. Matsuru Emoto was famous for his discovery
of a fascinating quality of water crystals. He invented a process to photograph under the microscope a drop of water as it froze. In three famous experiments, he proved that water has a memory that holds both positive and negative thoughts, words or sounds. Two words were prominent in his results. Those words are ‘gratitude’ and ‘appreciation.
‘ Showing either of these emotions causes water to be imprinted with a memory thus allowing the energies of gratitude and appreciation enter your body. Think of this the next time you pray before meals or for one another. If you thank the water you drink, you will transfer your thankfulness throughout your body.
Gratitude, appreciation, setting boundaries, and removing yourself from the drama of others will plant the seeds for living a life of inspiration. Take the time today to consider each and begin to create that inspirational life you so desire
